1. General
a. These terms and conditions apply to all sales and payments made to Linaje Ventures, LLC or The-DryCleaner.com (referred to as “we” or “us”), whether online, by telephone, in-store, or otherwise.
b. They also apply to Electronic Communications connected to any payment.
c. These terms supplement our Privacy Policy, available at The-DryCleaner.com, governing our data use and your interaction with our website.
d. By making a credit card and cash payment, requesting Electronic Communications, or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
e. Linaje Ventures, LLC may revise these terms at any time, effective 30 days after the change is posted on our website.

2. Definitions
a. “Linaje Ventures, LLC” and “The-DryCleaner.com” refer collectively to our dry cleaning services and all divisions.
b. “You” refers to the customer.
c. “Service” includes all services provided by Linaje Ventures, LLC, such as dry cleaning, wash and fold, tailoring, leather and household item cleaning.
d. “Electronic Communications” are any electronic billing, payment, or notifications sent by us.
e. “Credit cards” include both credit and debit cards.
f. “Automatic payments” authorize us to store your credit card information securely for recurring transactions.

3. Authorization
a. By providing your credit card, you warrant that you are an authorized user, and all associated details are accurate.
b. You authorize Linaje Ventures, LLC to charge your card for the amount due, as needed.
c. This authorization is ongoing until you notify us in writing of its revocation.

4. Charges and Fees
a. Any additional fees from your card issuer or network may be assessed on each transaction.
b. Should a charge be declined, you agree to cover our service charge and collection costs.

5. Dishonored Payment Methods
a. We reserve the right to collect any outstanding amount from you if a transaction is declined.
b. Reversal or chargeback claims result in your responsibility for restitution, including fees incurred by Linaje Ventures, LLC.

6. Payment Confirmation
a. By selecting “Schedule” or “Next,” you consent to receive confirmation of payment electronically.
b. Automatic payments imply consent to charge the credit card on file per transaction for service orders.

7. Credit Card Security
a. Credit card information is encrypted, and we adhere to PCI compliance standards for data security.

8. Refund Policy
a. All transactions are final. Refunds will be issued as in-store credit only. Any claims must be made within five business days of service completion.

9. Taxes on Services
a. A 2% tax applies to dry cleaning charges, and a 7% sales tax applies to tailoring and alterations. Florida state tax laws govern these.

10. Service Terms
a. Payment is due upon service completion, regardless of stain removal success. We do not guarantee complete stain removal.
b. Service Disclaimer: We exercise care but are not liable for damages due to material weaknesses or processing reactions. Our liability is limited to ten times the service charge.
c. Processing Consent: By submitting items, you accept any unforeseen reactions due to fabric or trim quality. Thermal tags may be attached for inventory purposes.

11. Unclaimed Items
Per Florida Statutes Chapter 715.03, unclaimed items after six months may be disposed of unless otherwise noted.

12. Electronic Communication Requirements
a. You must have a compatible device and valid email for online payments or communications.

13. Electronic-Only Communication
a. By consenting, you agree to receive all communications digitally unless requested otherwise.

14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Florida law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Broward County, FL.

Privacy Policy
Your personal information, including contact and payment details, remains confidential and is used solely to process and fulfill your service requests. We take industry-standard measures to protect your data, although no online transmission can be entirely secure.
